Refund policy

We do not accept returns, as each item is made individually based on the customer’s measurements.

However, we do offer exchanges if the item does not fit as expected.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the cost of reshipping the exchanged item.

IMPORTANT

Because each corset is custom-made, we strongly recommend carefully checking your measurements before placing an order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
